Cottages in Suwannee

'Great location not far from the water. The room was clean and spacious, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the last days of summer.'

'Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out!'

'While the room was described as a balcony room on the riverfront it is really a ground level room with a small wooden deck. It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. There is a pool in front of the motel that was kept clean. This is a roadside motel so there are many loud vehicles that travel by all hours of the night. The air conditioner has a high fan...

'Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.'

'The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise.'

'We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight.'

'The hosts at this property were excellent; very friendly and accommodating, very responsive to all communications and willing to provide any requested items (like larger coffee mugs, a can opener) and were appreciative of any suggestions we had to make their property more user friendly. Since we are long time campers, the amenities more than met our expectations. Also, we don’t eat out very often and while we had packed a few essentials (seasonings, a good sharp knife, electric frying pan), most...

'The location is ideal and the decor is cozy and comforting. Its a very small town and easily walkable to everything in Cedar Key from this property.'
