'This is a spacious, very clean and very well equipped barn in a beautiful and peaceful location. It is not far from Warwick and Henley on Thames, and there is a selection of places to eat out nearby. A very enjoyable stay.'

'My husband and I loved our stay in the barn. We just wish it was longer! Lisa was so kind and welcoming and the breakfast items she left us were perfect. Everything was as advertised and was even better in person. The barn was very clean with ample supplies and the garden was perfect to admire. Spring was definitely in bloom! Since we only had 2.5 days, we definitely plan on coming back. The location was great and we loved being able to walk less than 5 minutes to a nice restaurant. There...

'This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

'This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!'

The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!...
