'My reason for rating Hutchinson Hampton Inn highly was because of the staff. They were generally polite and helpful. But then came a big crisis for my wife and me. I became very sick. The front desk called for an ambulance and I was taken to the ER. This cause us to need an extra day. I found out the staff had already extended our reservations. They continued to show kindness when we returned from the ER. '
