'호스트분이 굉장히 굉장히 친절하세요! 체크인 때부터 에너지가 엄청 좋으셨고 방을 소개해주실 때도, 조식에 대해 설명해주실 때도 정말 친절하셨어요! 조식준비를 위해 알러지가 있는지까지 물어봐줘서 세심하고 투숙객들을 엄청나게 배려하는 숙소라고 느꼈어요! 숙소가 있는 건물엔 엘리베이터가 있어 짐이 많은 저희에게 편했습니다! 공용거실엔 있는 작은 냉장고에 물과 음료 등이 준비되어 있어 바깥에서 물을 살 필요없이 외출 전에 챙겨갈 수 있었어요! 빵이나 커피를 공용거실에 늘 두고 있어 밤에 출출할 땐 간단히 먹을 수 있었슴다! 방은 햇살이 정말 잘 들어오고 깔끔했어요 침구도 푹신했고 깨끗했습니다! 욕실도 넓고 샤워부스도 넓어서 씻기 편했어요 가까이에 햄버거집도 있고 밤 10시까지하는 마트도 있어서 먹거리 사기에도 괜찮았슴다!에필탑이랑도 걸어갈 수 있을만큼 가까워서 밤에 잠깐 들렸다가 올 수 있어요! 조식 진짜 맛있었습니다! 조식을 호스트분이 직접 준비해주시는데 따뜻한 커피에 빵,...

'We landed in Paris early in the morning, and they were able to let us check in early. Even if we hadn’t gotten to check in early, they could hold the luggage for us. In addition, we loved the people watching out the windows. The breakfast was nice to have before starting our sightseeing around Paris! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend! '

'De inkomhal/ontbijthoek en de kamer is modern en aangenaam. De medewerkster Patricia zorgt voor een lekker ontbijt en een nette kamer. Bovendien levert zij ook andere nuttige assistentie. Tinah Paris Aboukir ligt vlak bij rue Saint-Denis waar tal van restaurants zijn. Je kan te voet van Gare du Nord en Gare de l’Est naar het appartementsgebouw stappen. Er is ook een metrostation vlak in de buurt.'

'My husband and I enjoyed a one week stay. The apartment was comfortable and well suited to our needs. The kitchen has all basic cooking utensils and a great washing machine. There are 2 bathroom areas. One with a shower and sink and another with a toilet and sink. It is conveniently located at the Maubert-Mutualite metro stop with many cafes and restaurants immediately at the doorstep. 'This was the perfect first place to stay in Paris! I highly highly recommend staying here especially if you are travelling on your own, it was everything I could have ever asked for and more! The host Maryam is so friendly, and helpful and is willing to give advice and recommendations as often as needed. It was wonderful to feel like there is at least one friend in a sea of unknown! 'This is a unique property as it is very central to most of the places we wanted to go see. Property is good, clean and desirable location. I was disappointed to find out that the only A/C area were the bedrooms as opposed to the whole apartment. '
