« I went to Paris to go to the French Open. This flat is in an excellent location for access to the Metro to ride to Roland Garros as well as walking distance to Musée d’Orsay, the Eiffel Tower, croissant baking class and so much more. »

« The neighborhood is amazing! The apartment was great except the drain to the shower clogged and became unusable. Tried contacting the host with no success. Otherwise, great apartment and amazing neighborhood. »

« La porte de placard ne coulisse pas bien, l'abbatant des wc n'est pas adapté au format, il n'y avait plus de produit vaisselle et les éponges ont fait la guerre, les prises sont pleines de poussière. Je ne parle pas du voisinage au-dessus avec séance ménage et claquement de porte à 23h00. Pour le voisinage, cela peut arriver et je l'accepte, pour le reste, le manque d'entretien est vraiment regrettable. »

It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

« We had a great time touring Paris in the Modern 1BR by Champs-Élysées - Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is in an upscale part of Paris and is convenient to several groceries and a great patisserie. While there is a metro stop close by, it's a little further walk to the Champs-Élysées stop if you are headed to the Louvre and further east. « Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us. »

« We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. If we did need to take a taxi we could walk out our door and flag one down. The apartment is clean, well stocked, safe and quiet. It is located near grocery and retail shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Seine River and Le Louvre are just a short walk away. It was everything we were hoping for while staying in Paris. The host was helpful and very available with any questions we had...

« This is a sweet apartment with fantastic view in a great area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture is a little dated but it worked just fine for us. (The 2nd bedroom is in a separate room not open like the photo.) We were very happy with it. The host responds promptly too. »
