« Lage und Architektur/Einrichtung gut überlegt und beeindruckend; schnelle und unkomplizierte Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter und persönliche Empfehlungen für die Reise erhalten; Unterkunft gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, viele Shops und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Dadurch auch entsprechende Lautstärke in der Nachbarschaft - das sollte man/frau mögen ;-) wir waren in der red suite untergebracht im 2.Stock »

« We had a wonderful week’s stay in Palma, made all the better with our excellent accommodation. From the beginning the communication was perfect, clear instructions for check in made the arrival smooth. Big shout out for Gina! Who was also a great help with our luggage storage on checkout day. Our apartment was just beautiful and had all the charm, comfort and facilities we could hope for. Unexpected basic supplies were provided, which was welcome but unexpected in a self catering...

« The apartment is quite Spartan,however ,everything one requires,is there and more importantly,everything works. One criticism,the gallery bedroom is accessed by a galvanazed steel stairway,with check plate treads,make sure you use shoes to visit the toilet in the night Loved the position,and the staff at Priority Villas were more than helpful. »

« Great location, ok apartment, AC working, great and attentive host. The AC is centralized and you need to have it in a while before the apt cools down. Otherwise there enough accommodation and house hold appliances for cleaning clothes, ironing, and doing some simple cooking. The host was responsive on WhatsApp and helpful where they could. »

« Los propietarios son muy accesibles, la comunicación con ellos es rápida y fácil. Tener parking incluido en pleno centro de Palma es sin duda una gran ventaja. La casa es amplia y cómoda. Recomendable »

« If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The location was absolutely amazing. Check in process and communication with the host was very easy. »

« L'appartement hôtel est très bien situé, dans les remparts de la vieille ville. Il est en bon état, propre et spacieux. Il manque de lumière car il est tout en longueur (avec une fenêtres à chaque bout de l'appartement. Le point négatif de cet immeuble est l'insonorisation entre les 4 appartements : dès qu'un voisin du dessus marche, ouvre une porte ou se douche, tire la chasse d'eau, on entend tout... »

« L’appartement est bien placé et convient très bien pour 4 personnes. Cependant nous avons été déçu par l’infestation de cafard, nous avons appelé le matin , on les a prévenu qu’il fallait faire une désinsectisation, ils ne sont pas venus. C’est avec acharnement jusqu’au soir que nous avons continué à appeler, sans qu’il nous trouve une solution. Après 26h d’attentes, pas dormi car il y avait les cafards, ils nous ont trouvé une solution et relogé. Cependant, l’amertume ressenti pendant...

"Hôtel très bien placé à 3 minutes a pieds d'une première plage et à 15 de très belles plages. À 40 minutes en vélo classique de Palma super facile d'accès grâce aux pistes cyclables exceptionnelles. Et pour les moins courageux des vélos électriques près de 4 fois plus cher mais l'accès à Palma du coup plus rapide. Il est très bien entretenu. Le personnel très agréable et souriant. Les espaces communs piscines extérieures intérieur et le spa une merveille. La restauration excellente Seul le lit de la chambre posait tracas car c'était deux lits joints et pas fixes pas terribles... Je recommande vivement cet hôtel "
