« As much as very well situated, one block from the paseo (hense 3 stars), this apartment was a deception. Not very clean on arrival. Stained carpet and fournitures, strong bad smell walking in, kitchen cabinet hanging off the wall, no sink plug, washer super dirty and smelly. We have to give 4 stars to the management company COSTARENTALS for acting fast in solving some issues. The apartment situated on 3rd floor back of the building has a balcony overlooking rooftop of a fried fish restaurant...
