'Had everything you could ask for in a french kitchen which is what we were looking for (besides knives/bread knife but perhaps this is for safety reason?). Located in a perfect place, as someone who lives in Lyon (but needed a place for me and my partner alone while he was visiting). It was easy check in and check out. Not the cleanest (a bunch of random loose pasta fell out of a cabinet when i opened it). There is a dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and crazy impressive black out...

'Very nice apartment. Good location, about 40 min walk from downtown. Grocery store next door, restaurants and coffee shops a couple of minutes walking. The parking was very convenient. It was nice that there was a portable AC and 2 big fans, really helpful when it is 30 degrees C outside. Overall, we were very pleased with the appartment.'

'This studio is priced well for what it offers. It is clean, quiet, and if you lean out the window you can see the mountains. It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. The Velo'v bike rentals are two blocks away (in two directions). There is nothing...

'We were very happy with the property. The place is beautiful. One thing I wanted to mention is that, as is very common in Europe, there is no air conditioning. The weather was very hot in Lyon while we were there (close to 35 C) but the apartment stayed very comfortable with the fans provided. So don't let the lack of air conditioning deter you from renting this beautiful apartment.'

'We stayed in this Villeurbanne flat for two weeks and were very pleased with its comfort and cleanliness. It's very close to the Charpennes station where you can take two different metro lines or a tram. There is also a bus station directly across the street so it's easy to travel all over the city. There is a delightful boulangerie right around the corner, as well as several convenient grocery stores, a pharmacy, and banks/ATMs. The TV has a YouTube app so we were able to get some American TV...

'Good value for the price. More information about where to get groceries and a place to dry clothes would have been helpful. Also, some paper towels upon arrival, or dish towels would have been helpful. It was quite hot when we were there. More fans would have been appreciated.'
