'We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

'We had a small issue with the heater and the owner reacted quickly. He was very helpful. I can recommend this appartment, but don't expect a nice view, because there are no windows. This was not a problem for me personally. '

'Een leuke appartementje voor 2 personen op de begane grond. Leuk straatje in het historische centrum van Valencia. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals wasmachine (fijn als het heel warm is, kan je 's avonds je vieze kleren even wassen}, airco {bij temperaturen van boven de 30 graden, niet te versmaden), droogrekje, extra handdoeken en badlakens, magnetron, rol keukenpapier, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, tosti-ijzer enz. enz.. Het centrum op loopafstand. Bushalte dichtbij, metro 10 min. lopen....

Right in the heart of the old city, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral, the Serranos tower, the covered market and a great bakery! Hosts couldn't be more helpful. All bedroom have double (or larger) beds. Lovely cafes and restaurants close by as well as a Carrefour for essentials.'

The pictures do not do it justice! The location can’t be beat. Close to everything. We are already planning to come back.'

'Fijn appartement. Alles schoon. Fijn dat er zoveel ramen zijn, hierdoor kan het doorwaaien als het warm is. Het lawaai van het plein in de avond viel ons erg mee. Fijn dat je niet direct een ander gebouw aan de overkant hebt, een geweldig uitzicht dus over het plein en de straat. Het bed is breder dan lijkt op de foto’s. Appartement is zeker aan te raden. Zeker voor 2 personen!'
