Heerlijk appartement

Gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaar. Zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens ons gehele verblijf. Het verblijf was van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en compleet. Geweldige gastvrouw! Kwam met veel ideen om onze vakantie in Valencia tot een belevenis te maken.

Een echt thuis in het hart van de stad!

In mei 2016 kwamen wij hier als gezin voor het eerst ... de stad én het appartement maar óók de fijne, behulpzame eigenaresse Maria en haar lieve man Alejandro hebben ons hart toen gestolen. In de zomer keerden wij terug naar Spanje en besloten daarbij ook dit appartement voor de tweede maal dit jaar te bezoeken. Het voelde letterlijk als thuiskomen. Ruim, licht, schoon, modern en alles binnen bereik wat een verblijf compleet maakt. Midden in het bruisende Valencia terwijl je in huis complete rust ervaart. De eigenaresse en haar man waren ons behulpzaam waar nodig en hebben ons ook weer nieuwe suggesties gedaan om Valencia nog meer te ontdekken. Dankzij Maria leerde ik zelfs kunst ontdekken en bewonderen. Ook in de hitte van de zomer is dit een meer dan geschikt appartement om je in alle rust en koelte weer terug te kunnen trekken uit de drukte en de warmte. En zelfs voor een strandvakantie is dit appartement aan te bevelen. Met een (gehuurde) fiets of met de bus ben je binnen een half uur op de prachtige zandstranden van Valencia. Tot in de late avonduurtjes kun je dan vervolgens nog volop genieten van alles wat Valencia nog meer te bieden heeft. Van deze plek en deze mensen, krijgen wij echt energie. Wij komen zeker weer terug! Lieve Maria en Alejendro, hartelijk dank voor jullie gastvrijheid, jullie goede zorgen en voor een prachtig, schoon, goed onderhouden en fraai ingericht appartement. Met een knuffel van de kleine Mayssae!

De loft is geweldig. Heel erg netjes, ruim en gezellig. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Net terug van Valencia en ontzettend genoten. De loft was prachtig. Bij aankomst ontvangen door Maria. Heel erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Alles was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, wasmachine, vaatwasser, douche, jacuzzi en airconditioning, handdoeken. Midden in het centrum van Valencia. Het strand was met bus 32 maar 20 minuten reizen. Vlakbij Turiapark, dus heerlijk om te wandelen of sporten. Oceanografico, L’Hemisferic, L’Umbracle, Museo de las Ciencias, Palau de les Arts en het Agora. De gebouwen zien er futuristisch uit en het water rondom de gebouwen maakt het nog spectaculairder. Het water ziet eruit als een zwembad en op een zonnige dag is de verleiding groot om er even in te plonsen. Minder drukte als in Barcelona. Mercado Central, een grote markt was ook om de hoek. Zeker een aanrader, ook met tieners. Vanochtend was Maria er weer om ons een goeie reis terug te wensen en hebben we de sleutels ingeleverd. De 10 dagen waren veel te snel voorbij.

Heerlijk ruim appartement op ideale locatie

Het appartement stemt volledig overeen met de beschrijving op HomeAway. Appartement is schoon en goed onderhouden. De eigenares, Maria, is zeer servicegericht en heeft ons bij aankomst zeer uitgebreid adviezen gegeven over bezienswaardigheden in Valencia. Kortom; een fantastisch appartement midden in het centrum van Valencia. Zonder meer een aanrader.

You could not pick a better location to spend your vacation in Valencia to really experience the heart of the city. You walked out and around the corner you were stepping into Plaça de la Reina in the shadow of Cátedra de Valencia…literally that close. Obviously all the major sites were within an easy walk around the cobblestone streets, littered with lovely cafes to stop along the way…which you should in between your sight-seeing. It’s also so easy to rent a bike (there are so many around but we had a great experience with Pelican) and travel the lovely Túria gardens all the way to the beach, seeing the city along the way. BUT back to this home and our lovely hostess, Maria! She is a wonderful host (as so many have mentioned) with a passion for Valencia you cab feel and can guide you on how best you might experience Valencia for your tastes. The home she has created is very well appointed, true to the pictures, with lovely terrace to enjoy morning coffee and book or late afternoon glass of wine, enjoying the hustle and bustle of the city below. At night you definitely hear the city outside, but with the bedrooms in the back of the apartment, we were fine with the normal sounds of the city. There is an elevator up to the apartment for luggage so that was nice. We would definitely stay hear on a return visit!

Our stay at this apartment in Valencia was AMAZING! The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way, from its beauty, comfort, cleanliness, and location. It really is in the heart of everything making all the attractions walkable, yet the apartment was so peaceful and quite. Our host Maria was a joy to work with, she truly went above and beyond! She communicated with us before our trip and was at the apartment to greet us when we arrived. She made us feel so welcome and at ease. She made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. She gave us recommendations and suggestions on things to do and places to eat in her beautiful city. She helped arrange the most memorable trip to Lake Albufera, it was truly a highlight of our trip. Maria is the definition of hospitality and truly cares for her guests! I highly recommend this apartment and its amazing and gracious host!

Wonderful Stay in the Old City

This was a wonderful stay for our family of four. It was close to everything. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Maria was the perfect host! Above and Beyond

The location is unbeatable. Access to the best sights, activities and everything that Valencia has to offer. The accommodations are exactly as described and compliment the experience perfectly. Above and beyond the location and accommodations is the host, Maria. She shared the best places to go and sights to see and was always available to answer questions via text.
