'Overall the interior of the hotel was wonderful and the staff were too. The part we didn’t like was the pool area was like one big ghetto party. It was loud, obnoxious people letting non-hotel guests into the area to have parties. You didn’t need a key card to get into the pool area. Someone even broke the pool light being rowdy. We immediately left the pool area and did not return. I debated finding another hotel but we decided to just use it as a place to sleep and spend the daytime elsewhere.'

'Normally, there is a least one water bottle, and new toilet paper. There were no waters and only one toilet paper that was not new. The room was clean and comfortable.'

'Excellent staff! I let them know it was a stay for my wife’s birthday and they hooked it up with a few upgrades and included breakfast! We will definitely stay here again! Very reasonably priced and it’s in the heart of everything! Overall it was very nice and I cannot find one negative to post.'

'Beetje gedateerd maar echt schoon, zowel de kamer maar ook de toiletten van het hotel, heel netjes! Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en vlakbij het State Farm Stadium. Personeel bij de front desk was heel vriendelijk, vooral Ladonna. Zij heeft ons heel goed geholpen, niets was teveel. Omgeving is ook mooi, netjes, verzorgt. Er is ook genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid. Enige minpuntje was het ontbijt; weinig keus en heel simpel maar verder zou ik dit hotel zeker aan bevelen.'

'The staff member Sandy in the front office was very rude and caddy again. She provided very poor, inhospitable customer service, and behavior. This is the second year in a row dealing with her arrogance and lack of true customer service (gave off Karen vibes unfortunately). Management in charge should really consider retraining her. If not, will lose many loyal customers down the line, when in shouldn’t be the case. Don’t want to be a pleasant individual in the customer service field? Then...
