'The staff greeted us as we walked in and gave us bottles of water! This was very kind as it was a hot day in AZ. The staff checked on us throughout our stay and were kind. The breakfast was pretty good and filling with lots of choices. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.'

'Clean room and very new facilities. The AC was good and room was spacious with the 2 beds. Our room had an electric stove but no cookware though, only plates, cups, and utensils. The fridge is big and can fit a lot of food. Great stay at an affordable price in Glendale, would come again.'

'The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said...

'Beetje gedateerd maar echt schoon, zowel de kamer maar ook de toiletten van het hotel, heel netjes! Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en vlakbij het State Farm Stadium. Personeel bij de front desk was heel vriendelijk, vooral Ladonna. Zij heeft ons heel goed geholpen, niets was teveel. Omgeving is ook mooi, netjes, verzorgt. Er is ook genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid. Enige minpuntje was het ontbijt; weinig keus en heel simpel maar verder zou ik dit hotel zeker aan bevelen.'

'So it's obvious Expedia doesn't like the truth about the rooms they rent which is sad cuz the phone number is off of your website it's not personal it's just business someone needs to figure out why no one ever contacted me from Lotus or Sleek stay whatever you may want to call it since I never stayed because nobody contacted me I have no idea what the room was like solved the problem credit my account I'm not asking for much'

'Everything was great. Wish they had a hot tub though. The only thing is that I got charged $20 (for incidentals), but didn’t tell me until I asked what it was for. And I wish they had breakfast potatoes. '
