Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Stanley

'We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was clean, well equipped with all the modern conveniences, and provided a nice alternative to a hotel. It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We were there for a long weekend and it is along a busy street so the only drawback was the traffic noise during the day.'

'Amazing interior. Everything was amazing.'

'The house was secluded and quiet. It was clean and well maintained. We loved having the pool on the very hot days.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared for guests. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful essentials and little touches provided for travelers — they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, especially for anyone visiting Luray Caverns and exploring the Shenandoah area. It was very convenient and worked perfectly for our visit. Aline and Bart were wonderful hosts and communicated clearly and promptly...

'My husband and I had a wonderful visit to Luray and were so grateful to be able to relax in a comfortable, cozy, and cheerful space! The check-in process was easy, as well as the checkout. Dawn is very responsive. It is a well kept space, and we loved the little notes throughout. We would happily stay here for any future trip!'

'Great location to explore the Shenandoah National Forest and Shenandoah Valley for spring break. The size of the house was perfect for our two families. The kids loved their room with twin beds and many games and toys. There was a seat for the baby and a pack and play, as well.Everyone enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and enjoy meals but we were close enough to Luray to go out for any meals we wanted. It was also nice having toiletries...

'Perfect for an overnighter near Shenandoah'

'Wife and I and my crew chief stayed here overnight when I raced at nearby Shenandoah Speedway. The cottage is very clean and well appointed. When the only real complaint was no sugar for the coffee, when there was cream, you know it's OK. The towels were nice and fluffy and the cottage smelled clean, not like recent disinfectant. Hot water comes on quickly and the adjustable shower head worked well with no clogs. Only real issue was that our mattress was too soft for us. But my crew chief said...

'Lovely home in a quiet community with nearby conveniences and attractions. Perfect for our brief family getaway from the DC suburbs.'

'Nice place!'

'We loved our trip and mostly enjoyed the yard space and hot tub a lot! We did have some minor issues while there, but reached out to the host and were able to get quick resolution. Very close to Luray caverns and some cute local shops nearby as well.'

'Great house in downtown Luray! We loved hanging out on the porch, both for morning coffee and happy hour. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. It was fun to watch the trains go by, and the whistles didn’t bother us at all. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants. It was great to be in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The host was very quick to respond to questions beforehand and checked in to make sure everything was going well. If you are looking for a...

'Such a cute and cozy cabin! Had a blast basing out of here for our Valentine's ski weekend. The hot tub was an added bonus for soothing our skiing aches.'

'No River Access, no way to use kayaks, no king bed. First the property is very nice and clean. Had all the tools and supplies we would need. Problem was there was a king bed listed. There was only the queen and bunk beds. I am 6'6" so this was a selling point over other houses. Also there was no River Access to use the kayaks or go fishing. I was told to go on another property to get there, nope. They also spring on me after I booked it was 150 to rent the kayaks, very expensive. Also note that...

'Great break with a view. Would highly recommend but know that there are people in the places around the yurt so not as secluded as I would have liked. But all are kind and we definitely enjoyed our stay.'

'We absolutely loved staying here. The Hobbit House is so cool! It's full of Hobbit and Lord of the Rings-themed decorations. The whole thing is very whimsical, especially the canopy bed. The hot tub was nice even in summer. Lots of wildlife around too. The property was fun to explore with our dog. Riverbank Farms is down the road so we picked up some sausages and they were the best we've ever had. We chose this area for our vacation because it's so close to Shenandoah National Park. We had a...

'Beautiful house and location. The host was great to work with. We'd love to come back. '

'Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this super cute vintage farm house. It was close to Luray Caverns and we had a splendid stay.'
