Blokhutten in Stanley

'Private, peaceful, and relaxing, the perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The property was very clean and Prena was super responsive. The sunrise from the deck is spectacular. We highly recommend Evergreen!'

'Very clean, very nice, very up to date appliances and amenities. Just as advertised. Was a great place to stay for a few nights. Back off the road. The yard is secluded, surrounded by woods. Beds comfortable. Hot tub looked great. We didn't use it. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath worked great. Plenty to do very close. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves. Thanks!'

'The property was clean and well kept. The host was courteous and responded promptly to any concerns. Great stay!'

'Location was pretty good, takes about an hour to get into the actual park on skyline drive but there was kayaking and the luray caverns nearby. Hot tub was clean and indoor space was also very clean'

'My friends and I booked this cabin for a weekend getaway while exploring the area, including a visit to Luray Caverns and several outdoor attractions. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The property looked exactly as advertised—warm, inviting, and incredibly cozy. The home is beautifully maintained with tasteful décor, comfortable living spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. 'Beautiful house! The road to get there was a bit of off-road fun - try and get there during daylight hours as the rocky road has various switchbacks. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway in the woods with all modern amenities. The host was excellent at communicating all the codes, instructions, etc. I would highly recommend.'

'Host was amazing and accomdodating. The only negative was the wood burning stove had a do not use sricker on it and we were looking forward to that. Other than that everything was great we had a great time thank you'

'We really enjoyed our time at this cozy cabin in the woods. It is a beautiful, peaceful location and offered a great break from the city. The space was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. If you are looking to unplug and relax in nature, I highly recommend booking this place!'

'Anyone used to camping will probably enjoy this but it wasn’t the case for us. We usually stay at hotels but thought we’d try this since the pictures looked nice and reviews were good. Overall setting didn’t seem as nice as the pictures, and the space was smaller than we anticipated. This was more like “trailer in the backyard” than “cabin in the woods”, but again, it might just be due to the fact that camping is not our thing. Staff was attentive and room was clean.'
