'Very nice stay. Quiet and kindly. The continental breakfast was a bit disappointed because there where no croissants available for everyone. '

'I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.'

'Jammer geen restaurant door bank holiday.'

'Lovely location'

We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was served without undue delay and was adequate and nourishing. Local Alton beer, which was available at the bar went down a treat. After a sound sleep, and shower we had...
