'Modern rooms in a nice location in Portland right by PSU and the art museum. Friendly staff. Too bad the parking is 45 a night - most hotels give the people who are staying there a discount or waive the fee. Hard to believe a 4 star hotel doesn't!'

'The staff were incredible friendly and welcoming from the minute we pulled up to valet, every time we went through the lobby it felt like staying with a friend. I cannot express how kind and welcoming they were. They seemed genuinely happy to be here and made us feel the same. The hotel is beautiful, quirky and well kept the rooms are huge and comfortable. This is my absolute favorite place in Portland. '

'Room looked a bit dated with some stains on the carpets, sofa and scratches on the headboard. Bathroom was clean though. 'Prachtig hotel, voor de prijs echt te kleune kamers. Goede service:eerst een kamer aan achterkant met uitzicht op muur op 0,5m afstand werd direct omgeruild voor betere kamer. Gratis goede fietsen te leen. Maaltijden in restaurant vielen heel erg tegen ,weinig voor heel veel geld. Ga lekker in de stad eten !!! Leuke rooftopbar met wèl lekkere hapjes! Super vriendelijk en geinteresseerd personeel!'

'At arrival I was welcomed by a nice gentlemen who told me the thing I needed tot know. The bedroom In booked was about $80 a night which is quite cheap for a location like this. The room had a huge bed, huge tv with like 200 channel (also HBO), big fridge and airco. Plugs (electricity) were fine. Daily housekeeping even if didn't ask tot.A good thing- they kept my room clean every day with new towels and a made up bed.If I'm back in Portland, I would stay here again.'
