« Overall it was ok. Walls were paper thin, the phones in our room didn’t work so we weren’t able to call down when the room next door kept us up until midnight, and the ice machine was broken. Staff was great, but the place needs some serious TLC. »

The pool, maybe due to being seasonal and not properly maintained has developed calcium scaling/ crystallization on the bottom of the pool, the bottom of the pool is extremely sharp and my kiddos feet were rubbed raw / bleeding. « Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above. »

« We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke.
