« This house served our purposes well for a three-generation family gathering. Large for comfortably accommodating us; convenient to beach, golf, grocery store, and other attractions, The pool was a winner for the little children. »

« Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad. »

« The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again. »

« Beautiful, cozy little place close to the beach! It had everything I needed, including a sweet care package with coffee and snacks! The bath products smelled wonderful and I loved the throw blankets in the living room and extra blankets in the closets! I very much appreciated the pull cart, beach chairs and towels and umbrella available for us to use! The garage was great too; loved keeping the rental car out of the elements. »

« Beautiful home in the inside, house was clean and welcoming. Everything that you may need that you would have in your own home, was there. I did wish it was a tv in all rooms. After long day out, i kind of wanted to get away from the rest of fam and watch a good movie, but i had to sit in living area with some. Other than that, nice location middle of everything, i dont even think we were 10 mins from beach. Cant wait til next time! »

« We live here in Jax. My granddaughter just turned 19 and wanted a little getaway. She was so happy when I suggested renting a house with a pool. AKA. .live in your bathing suit!.lolThe home was immaculate and nicely furnished. And the neighborhood? Quiet as a mouse! We just might be back! »

« Cute, Clean and Comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard patio and grilling dinner. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. »

« One of my guests has really bad allergies to dust. After seeing the return vent caked with it, and hearing the handler working like crazy in the garage, we pulled the air filter and it was soaking wet and full of dust. The guest bathroom ceiling was sagging and the tub was an absolute slip hazard. »

« Everything about my stay was easy and don’t let the outside fool you, the inside was very nice. Lots of space outside, beds were comfortable, kitchen & bathrooms were renovated along with the floors. Huge tvs. My friend and I throughly enjoyed our stay! :) »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our group of 6 friends and allowed us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Great amenities on the property. We were disappointed by the hot tub being out of commission, but they did adjust pricing for this. Overall, a great home and vacation! »
