« Had a very bad experience here. German cockroaches were living under the oven. We discovered this the first night there. I spent the night on the phone with Vacasa. I can agree, they tell you what you want to hear. I was told they would come the next morning to help even though I wanted to leave. No one contacted me the next day though. I contacted them. « I had to be in Amelia Island for a convention and sometimes not knowing what you get can be nerving. But this property was more than expected!!! It was very nice , spacious, homelike, and clean. Very quiet and exactly what I needed to relax. Very close to the beach and only 3 miles away from the convention.The host was very sweet and left a list of nearby restaurants, and things to do.
