'Paid for an ocean view and received a marina view which is partial. I was given a key and someone's had their things in the room. Went back and was given a room 2 doors down ,Still not an ocean view& Was told the hotel was booked for the night and I could be moved by 2pm next day. The next day I was moved to the seacliff tower ,over the pool and the room smelled like spilled coffee in the restroom, dirty towels, long strands of hair on the floor. We didn't get any new towels nor did...
'Unfortunately we visited when the property was overcome with the stench of sargassum seaweed and it was uncomfortable to be outside. Even the restaurant stunk and we couldn’t be in the pool near the beach. The pictures are deceiving because the beach was unusable in July/August. We had to take the free shuttle to neighboring beaches, but that got full and we had to wait for it to make round trips to bring everyone. Or we had to pay for taxis to take us off the property every day.

'We were super disappointed with this resort.
Sure it had some good points like a washer/ dryer in the room. The grounds were lovely, we felt safe. The food was ok, but the main pool was down right dirty. Mildew- algae on the deck in all the corners. We don’t think it was vacuumed all day. Never saw it being cleaned or chemicals checked. The rooms are out dated, certainly not a luxury resort. Maybe once upon a time. It’s worn out.
It’s obvious leadership from the states hasn’t been recently....
