'This was my 53rd birthday trip and overall I was pleased. The views were nice . The hotel was tastefully decorated . The walk in shower was top tier. However there are a few things that could be improved upon. The check in process was smooth but the associate was not very welcoming or friendly. She in fact seemed irritated by my questions. Also usually I am asked do I need assistance with my bag. I had to ask. Unfortunately it took them so long my daughter ended up going back down to get them....
'Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!'
'This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining.
