'We enjoyed our stay and view of ships and boats from our balcony. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ok, just need to be a little softer when talking to guest on the phone (only one lady...don't recall her name) but overall stay was nice.'

'Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price.'

'Our stay at the Westin was great , all of our needs were met by pretty much the restaurants and bars. It was great we could visit the sister resort with a free shuttle or short walk along the coastline. Property was beautiful!!!'

'The best and worth part of staying here is the view aside from that breakfast was free it helped a lot with spending money on food also because the only way to eat is actually getting into a taxi and finding everything else since you are on the top of a mountain and there’s nothing near or around there unless you’re driving or taking a taxi which are per person and becomes very expensive after a few rides a day. Did wish the breakfast was more flexible as you only have 2 options to choose from...

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'Air conditioning was great and shower was always hot. It’s not your luxury hotel experience but for the location in town and the price it’s a phenomenal choice for a vacation on St Thomas. Staff was incredibly nice and it was nice they provide pool and beach towels. The included breakfast isn’t very substantial and the only microwave is in the common area. 'We stayed one night. For the price of almost usd 600 for one night we would expect better hotel. Breakfast was in a basket delivered to your room so you have to eat it sitting on your bed. Beside that it was a very limited breakfast. Environment is dangerous in the evening/night'
