'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten. Het uitzicht was pracntig over de baai.'

'This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is centrally located on the main road with the jetty stop right in front. The hotel is still recovering from the hurricane, but it has come quite a long way. I hope they quickly get everything back to full operation because it is a full-service hotel with a pool on the second level, full bar, restaurant, gym, and more. We love this hotel with easy access to the taxi, water plane and ferry to other islands right on that street. The airport was...

'The hill pool was great. The Margaritaville restaurant was the only choice other than coffee shop on property and it was devoid of local options. The menu is great for US but not why I came to St. Thomas. There were some fantastic local food at Cochi beach that was walkable distance.'

'The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy.
