'Great hotel, beach front rooms are beautiful and staff is friendly and helpful. You do have to take a taxi everywhere as there are no side walks to walk around and explore the area. Red hook ferry is less than 8mins by car. '

'The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they offered a free ride to and from Magens Beach, although I wish that the time was a bit more flexible. The view of the harbor from my room was great. I was allowed to check in early because my room happens to be available and that was a plus. Overall, I enjoy my stay and I was treated well by the staff and local people. I will definitely visit again and give myself more time for the trip. I only stayed here a short weekend. '

'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cove is beautiful, well maintained beach area, and not nearly as busy as public beaches on the island. We had so much fun snorkeling every day. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!'

'Didn’t like the rooms balcony doors will not close all the way and the last two days that we were there no hot water. One other front desk service representative was real rude to people, but outside of that the food was amazing and I enjoyed myself'
