Naked individuals arguing with themselves, human feces on the sidewalks, stepping around people sleeping on the sidewalks; it was very uncomfortable. Business owners need to address this with the city.'

'I paid so much money to stay in this hotel but it was not worth it. My room was only cleaned once in the 4 days that I stayed here. Also the cleaning was not done nicely, it was a mess. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it. '

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Hotel is still far away from downtown. There not much facilities. The room is OK. Tap wasn't working, could happen. It's ok for a roadtrip overnight. '

'From the moment of check-in Josh was friendly and helpful. The property is designed to provide great spaces for gathering and hanging out and has an excellent layout for this. This is a great place to host an event. We stayed in the sun cottage. And I do wish I had realized that this cottage only had street parking. This is an area where parking can be tight. Getting to down town and up to balboa park was easy but walkable restaurants are limited. I definitely needed my vehicle. ...
