Upon arrival, the check-in process was organized, but the receptionist was extremely serious — it felt more like a job interview than a welcoming experience. She didn’t smile or show any warmth, which made us feel uncomfortable. A more friendly and cheerful attitude would make a big difference in first impressions.
The room itself was very clean and beautifully prepared when we first entered, with a pleasant scent and a comfortable atmosphere. Parking was also convenient and easily available.
However, the housekeeping service during our 3-night stay was below expectations. The room was not cleaned properly each day, and there was a clear lack of attention to detail. This is something the management really needs to address.
Overall, the room was lovely, but the experience would be much better with more welcoming staff and improved cleaning service.
