This stunning and luxurious, 4-story home could be just the place you are looking for your next visit to St.Louis! Perfect for groups of friends, bigger families, and business retreats, this 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

Spacious main level features custom-built kitchen with a beautiful granite center island and electrical fireplace. Huge 8ft windows provide plenty of natural light. Hardwood floors throughout. Luxurious master suite features soaking tub with a separate shower, walk-in closet. At the top floor you will find a penthouse suite with sliding glass doors leading to the rooftop deck.

The house is ideal for large families and business travelers allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. Fully furnished and well-equipped with all necessary supplies. 55" TV in the main area. High speed wifi. Everything you need to have the most enjoyable stay!

Beautiful house with a fantastic location!

This house is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. It was so spacious and super clean! The view from the 4th floor balcony was amazing! The only thing somewhat negative that I can say is there are a ton of stairs! So if you have a difficult time getting up and down stairs, this may not be the best property for you. To break it down for those who are unsure of the layout, there are 4 floors. The first floor has 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. The second floor is the living room, kitchen, dinning room, and has a half bath as well as 2 balconies. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms share a full bathroom, and the master bedroom has a gorgeous full bathroom of it's own. The 4th floor is all one bedroom. It has a sleeper sofa, little sitting area, and a half bath. Every bed is a queen size, and in my opinion, pretty comfortable. The entire home is beautifully decorated and it was so close to downtown where there's tons to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is perfectly located for a family vacation. We were close to the zoo, Union Station, Botanical Garden and the Gateway Arch. Nice property with all you would need provided - soap, towels, bedding and even baby gates for the stairs!

Excellent location, with attached garage

We selected this house for location, and most importantly for the attached garage. All other properties for our needs had street parking, which I was really nervous about to do in St. Louis! Great location. Beware you have to be physically fit and not disabled or frail elderly to stay in this house. Ground level has one small bedroom with bathroom, 2nd floor has main dining area, kitchen, 3 rd level has 2 bedrooms +2 bathrooms, washer, dryer and 4th floor has a bed room (sort of). This info is hard to figure out from the description of property. You have to climb steep staircases at each level!

Great for large groups

We had a group of 12, including 6 kids, and this property worked really well. There was a baby gate and a pack n' play available, which was great for our crawling infant. Stairs didn't seem too intense (we stuck the kids on the top floor) and the air conditioning kept up well. It was super nice that both vehicles fit in the garage. The acoustics of the house did let noise travel between rooms a bit, but the baby didn't wake anyone but his parents up when he cried, so it wasn't too crazy. Overall we had a great stay!

Wonderful space!

We, a group of 7 fifty-something high school friends, spent five days in this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the house! It is a great location - close to so many things. We really enjoyed the deck! Spent one evening eating Italian leftovers, drinking wine, and laughing until we cried. We would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular Gathering House

Phenomenal large home with breathtaking views from the large rooftop balcony. Wonderful for family gatherings. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Only 2 things to be aware of: lots of stairs (great free workout) and only queen size beds including the primary bedroom. Host was lovely and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Highly recommend!
