Room was emasculate very comfortable. So comfortable we overslept and I got a parking ticket by forgetting to run down the street and pay the meter (100% my fault NOT the hotel)'

'Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.'

'No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!'

'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great. The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'

'Very very clean hotel, including the public areas. The breakfast area is spotless. We've stayed two times and both times the breakfast area was well attended to. The grounds are also well attended to. It was our go to when we were in Portsmouth.'

'Spacious suite, clean hotel, good breakfast and good parking space. The charge for self parking could have been absorbed by the hotel.'

'Goed hotel. Wel alert bij ontbijt: je krijgt een voucher voor 2 personen. Als je met kinderen reist, moet daarvoor apart betaald worden. Onaangenaam als je boekt inclusief ontbijt.'

'We stayed in the older side which would be fine if it was maintained the same. We only had luke warm water all weekend, when speaking with the front desk agent, he said he would speak with maintenance, but it sounded like they were going to have to replace the mixing valve he said. I mentioned it could be the recirculating zone valve in which he said was replaced last week. But a fully weekend of luke warm is unacceptable. The door wouldn’t stay shut or self close we would have to push it shut...
