'Our clerk at check in was fantastic. We were in St Louis with a family member who had a medical appointment for early the next morning. Unfortunately when he reserved his room his appointment was for the following week and he failed to change the date the hotel was fully booked. She called around to find another accommodation with no luck. We were able to have him stay in our room with a roll away bed. It was a definite lifesaver and appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. '
