  • This is newly converted cottage, is perfect place to enjoy a tranquil holiday. The fully furnished detached cottage, is situated in the rural area overlooking St Ives Bay. This pretty cottage comes with a private sun garden and is only a short distance from the historic fishing town of St Ives. Well known for its White sandy beaches, Surfing and award winning restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at honeysuckle cottage, which although compact was well equipped with everything needed. The beds were comfortable and the showers excellent. Situated in the countryside it is very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch waren die zwei Badezimmer. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude daran, die Pferde zu beobachten und Trampolin zu springen. Die ruhige, etwas abgelegene Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Umgebung ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It’s tiny but quaint ! Everything you need is there . Hosts are lovely ! Quiet and relaxing ! Swallows all around it’s hard to find only draw back .

Honeysuckle cottage is clean, modern and comfortable. The space inside the property has been optimised to provide all of the facilities that you need to make this a great base for a visit to the area. Probably not ideal if you have a couple of kids as the living space is small - although in the summer you'll be able to use the small enclosed garden.Ian the host is really friendly and the communication before and during our stay was ideal.We'd happily go back!

Great place to stay, having an en suite for both bedrooms was fantastic. Such a beautiful quiet location and only a 10 minute drive to St Ives. Ian and Sue were very welcoming and made sure we had all we needed. Would stay again.

The cottage is in a quiet rural area and great for exploring West Cornwall. The hosts were really helpful and the beds comfy. Compact but fine for our short trip

Overall lovely place to stay

This was a lovely place to stay. Nice a quiet, very clean and well equipped. The only thing that let it down was that the sofa was a little uncomfortable, not too bad if your out most of the time though.

Perfect Stay in a Quiet and wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay! The place was quiet, very clean, and in a great location. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we needed – nothing was missing. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Short break in Cornwall

June 2025, 4 nights, would recommend the property, 2 en-suite double bedrooms, exceptionally clean. Ample cutlery, crockery and all mod cons. Ian was there to welcome us and was available if needed.

Well maintained

We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved this property because they provided everything from Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron and all other kitchen items, Towels,blanket’s every single items. Also it was nice and clean property so we enjoyed lot. Highly recommended.

Venue easy to find, spotlessly clean, owners friendly and very helpful. Good facilities. Apart from closures on A30 we were able to get to a variety of locations without trouble. would come again.

We loved our stay at Honeysuckle cottage. We spent 5 days at the cottage and we were greeted by the owners. We booked the cottage for our honeymoon and so that we could surprise relatives. The cottage eas central to erte we needed to be. We are looking at booking the cottage again for next year

Quiet location with wonderful views when on the property grounds. The cottage was a perfect size for 4 people. Walkers have a 35 min walk to st ives. The drive there can be difficult as its single lane country roads but we had no issues. Beaches with 15 mins but parking is a bit troublesome in the summer. The hosts were always available for help. Would visit again.
