'Lovely break away, property was clean inside and lovely location. Couple of things. Garden had not been checked as very deceased rat on lawn, been there a long time and was disgusting to have to bag up after dog had found it. Someone elses full poo bags also out there. Couple of bulbs missing with no replacements and also we couldnt get on freesat no connection available. Owner also has blocked gutter above front door, large amounts of water cascading down.'
