'We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. 'This home sits right on the water! It is beautiful! We watched ships roll by, ducks bobbing on the water, and flocks of geese flying and landing on the water. The view from both lower and upper decks are amazing! We spent lots of time on the decks even though it was cold - we just covered ourselves with blankets. 'We stayed here two years ago and it was pristine. We were expecting a little aging of the property and the furnishings, due to age. Not so but far otherwise…it was if anything even better condition than two years ago. The bay and the birds are the reason we come and the house just enhances the experience. '
