'Staff excellent rooms very run down. Bathroom in poor shape, curtains don't fit windows , doors stick when you open or close it. Beds way too soft. Hotel needs a lot of up grading.'

'Staying for 2 nights they don't come in make beds, nor take any garbage out. Black out curtains still allow light in so the street lights still glare into your room during the night. It was a great location by the Harbour as there's a park just across to take out restless children outside and play on slides as well taking a walk on the path.'

'Included breakfast i didn't expect. Had bo pool outdoor as I expected. Staff were gmhelpful and met my needs. I should not have had to pay extra for my dog no one came into the room to clean it up. This was at my request, so I would like a refund of 60$ plus any taxes.'
