« Spotlessly clean, well stocked with the essentials, beautifully furnished and updated, cute patio area, quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Would certainly recommend this house to others and would stay there again. It was a perfect place to stay during our trip to Springville. »

« Very clean and cute. Great communication and easy. Good location. Stayed 3 nights. The smaller guest bedroom does get a little warm in the summer even with the air conditioner turned on. »

« Power went out, they addressed it. Dishwasher error code prevented it from running, they addressed it. Great large space tons of room. House could have been finished a little nicer. Small things, for example the TV is mounted way too high in the living room it’s ridiculous . AC and furnace worked great. Sufficient for what we needed. »

The maintenance and cleanliness are just ok as well, you can tell the property is “pet friendly” (which I had missed when I made the reservation.)It was big enough for our group so that was a plus. Communication with the host was slow to nonresponsive and disappointing. But the automatic messages on how to enter and how to leave the property came through on time and made those parts easy. »
