'Beds are very comfy. House was clean and bedding was fresh. Trees in back yard have grown up quite a bit since pictures but it was still a nice backyard sitting area. May need to change cushions out on the outdoor furniture as a pet has chewed them. But they are still usable.'

'This property was nice but it was obvious renovations were quickly done to hide the drawbacks of property. There was no iron and the cleaners did not do a good job preparing for the next tenant. Trash not emptied, towels not available, insufficient toilet paper and leftover food in refigerator. Other than stated things, nice overnight stay.'

'The home was lovely and the perfect accommodations for 3 senior citizen couples. Each had more than adequate sleeping quarters without being on top of each other. We so enjoyed setting out by the water in the morning, sipping coffee and watching the ducks. It was a wonderful stay.'

'House was beautiful. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone was so friendly especially the owner. He was quick to reply anytime I had a question and was always professional. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities)....

'James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out'
