'This property is perfect for young families with children because the church house is a large open space with games to entertain the children. It’s on a quiet road & easy to find. The bathroom is large enough to accommodate a cast iron tub that looks inviting to soak yourself & a shower…The facility has several forms of heat & a heat pump to provide AC. Heat pump’s are very quiet. There are two private bedrooms for couples & two bedrooms in the open area ideal for mom/dad & 3 children. The...

'2nd stay at this location. Both times it was spotless, everything is modern and clean and communication was easy and responses were prompt. Hopefully, there will be a vacancy the next time we’re in town.'

'good clean place to stay, accurate listing except we could not find the coffee maker.'

'Our stay was perfect. The appartement was beautiful and we felt really at home the moment we entered the appartement. Also the contact with the caretaker/owner was perfect and quick. We highly recommend this appartement.'

'The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 3 adult men. We came to town for the Wisconsin Penn State football game. Devlon is a great host and even shuttled us to and from the game for a small additional fee. Will highly recommend.'

'Highly recommend. Amenities were spectacular.'

'We had a wonderful time and everything was as expected, if not better. They left us some basic milk, eggs, butter and homemade bread that we really appreciated. The home was very clean and peaceful with nice little click-clacks of the amish buggies going by every once in a while. We will definitely be going back! Wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with as well!'

'Host communicated excellent and even had place ready and available for us earlier than website says. Very clean and everything needed was there. Was there for my mom's funeral and surprised me with a gift of flowers! Very kind and compassionaten Highly recommend!'

'This townhouse was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen and amenities were well-stocked, so we didn’t have to run out for anything. Tucked away in a quiet location, it gave us the perfect peaceful retreat. Highly recommend!'

'Awesome experience from booking through departure! Carla's communication was clear and timely. Check in was super easy and the property immaculate. I would definitely recommend! I know we'll be back!'

'First, the place is represented well as described and pictured. Great kitchen and sleeping arrangements, plenty of room. Communication with the property management company was inconsistant. Here are the issues stand out. First, the Google Maps link sent from the company directed us to the wrong place and had to ask those owners where the VRBO place was. Second, as others have said, wifi is spotty and slow inside the house. Third, we had requested early on to have some additional firewood...

'Everything was great nice quite place to relax and enjoy the scenery.'

'Best VRBO experience of all time. The house was even better than described/pictured. Located in a leafy and quiet subdivision, it was the perfect location for walking, biking, golfing, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Interiors were modern, visually appealing, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved sitting on the covered porch in the evenings and watching the fireflies. The host was quick to respond and provided everything needed for us to enjoy our stay. We will be back!'

'Family-friendly and clean! Excellent location and wonderful host!'

'The property was exactly as described. Scott was extremely easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The back yard and creek behind the house is beautiful too.'

'Amazing home! So incredibly clean and organized. The house has EVERYTHING you could need for a stay in State College. Check-in and check-out is flawless and directions/guides printed out within the home are so helpful. Excellent place to stay for a family of 4-6.'
