'Really nice people who responded quickly to request. Very clean. Small refrigerator had no ice trays.'

'This is an awesome place to stay! We especially liked the automatic lights on the front porch, it's nice if you arrive after dark. The hosts were wonderful and got back to us quickly when we reached out. '

'It's a really cute and cozy cottage. We really enjoyed the garden as you approach the front and the view was beautiful. The inside has nice decor and it felt like a little home away from home.'

'Excellent property! Clean, modern, and the property is new. Will stay for here again!EXCELLENT!!!!'

'The property was exactly what we were looking for… quiet, comfortable and relaxing.Independence is a short drive away for any necessities, but we came with almost everything for a couple of fine meals. The cookware could use a little refresh, i.e., a few more pots and pans, but it all worked out fine.We weren’t able to do any stargazing because of the cloud cover, but we plan to come back in the fall/winter when the conditions are likely to be more favorable. All in all a great escape from CLT.We...

'Cozy place with great location for hiking at Grayson Highlands. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator was very noisy.'

'Excellent accommodations and Sandy was a consummate host. We will be back!'

'Rob is an amazing host for this beautiful property. The house is decorated comfortably and is centrally located to the many activities in the area. Rob was very quick with communication and helpful with the few questions I had. Very thoughtful personal touches upon arrival, we would definitely stay here again!'
