'Staff were very friendly & accomodating. This hotel is very 'tired' with lots of wear, old carpeting & furnishings & in desperate need for renovatio n. Although our room was 'surface clean', it smelled very musty with old carpeting & very used furnishings - making it feel dirty. Thinking the air quality would be poor. Thankfully the bed & bedding were clean. We reserved for the price but won't return & will choose to stay elsewhere & spend a bit more.'

No cutting knives, kettle or toaster, one ragged face cloth sized tea towel, no paper towel. No chairs to sit at the island to eat, despite website description stating the island was meant for eating. I provided this feedback to management and was told no chairs was because of the recent renovation and that we should have called the front desk for kitchen amenities. Seriously,...
