Strandhotels in Southwest Houston

'The hotel is very nice with great amenities.'

'Clean and great location close to the mall.'

'Overall, this was a decent place to stay. I was a little disappointed that our room wasn't ready on time. I reserved a room with two queen beds. When we got into the room, it was one queen bed, there were 3 of us. The room was so musty smelling. The front desk stated this was an error on Expedia's end. I book everything through Expedia and have never had this issue. Needless to say, they were sold out of rooms with 2 queen beds because of a concert. I asked for a cot, which they provided, and it...

'José very good guy'

'Before you book beware that there is no safe but that’s it the beds were comfy and I had a great experience there and the food is great to and the pool is big and clean but there is always gonna be like leaves and a little bugs but that’s it'

'Vriendelijk en kundig personeel. Ik zou er zo weer verblijven '

'Nice place to stay close to everything'

'I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

'Should have completely coffee.'
