This property is stunning and in a great location for downtown. Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities we needed to include pool towels, laundry detergent, umbrellas, blankets for a cozy evening in the living room, kitchen utensils and coffee fixins. The bed was very comfortable. The evening was quiet and we rested well. The pool area is private and relaxing as is the front balcony for morning coffee. I wanted to have something negative to say so that this property wouldn’t get overbooked and we could return easily. LOL. But there are no negatives. It was amazing.

Very nice stay in Southport. The location is great. There are some really good restaurants, shopping looked ample, and getting around to various sites was easy. Everyone in Southport was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and big. Loved having two bathrooms. We didn't spend much time at the property, but overall our stay was very nice. We did not cook, but it looked like the kitchen is well stocked. The only coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring pods or go to the coffee shop right next door (very nice!) Too early in the season for the pool, but I'm sure in the summer it would be a nice feature. I would definingly return. The only suggestion for the host is to upgrade all linens and add a tea kettle!
