Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). 'Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression. The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Despite those concerns, I still felt...

'We stayed here a few times due to my son’s baseball tournament. This hotel has went downhill since last time. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted due to the moisture and the fan not working. There was a bloody stain on the curtains in the bedroom and the air conditioner would not cool the room so we had to by a floor fan for the room. We were highly disappointed in our stay this time'
