'I enjoyed my stay at the Blennerhasset Hotel, but think some items need improved. Not an easy unload without Valet help for folks checking in that would be impacted. No valet available, didn't see automatic doors, but I might have missed the button. Internet was very spotty, the guest wasn't working. Was able to link into main hotel web address. Ice out on my floor. Parking around the hotel. Resaurant was good, staff, besides any valet presence, was helpful. For the cost, I think...

'Don't be fooled by the early '90s decor, this is a lovely hotel where you're greeted with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie after a long journey, making you feel instantly welcome. The personal touch at DoubleTree is truly charming. While the room feels a bit outdated and the air conditioning/heating makes some odd noises that might keep you up at night, overall, it was a pleasant stay.'

'My room was fine - When I booked I must have selected accessible, not sure why I chose that. When I arrived to my room, the bed didn't have a box spring (in order to make it accessible). But nothing else was adjusted accordingly (the headboard wasn't lowered, tv wasn't lowered...) Very uncomfortable to try to watch tv, and the bed was surprisingly not comfortable either. Again, my error in booking an accessible room, but the changes didn't seem very mindful of people who might actually need the...

'Beds are extremely, painfully soft. Building is disorienting- even staff get turned around. Problems were not resolved in a timely manner. I feel bad for reception bc they are kind but the place is not a good spot.'

'This is a delightful, historic hotel. We had a twin room. It was very small but, quaint. Antique furnishings and beautiful wood carver headboards. I would have preferred a firmer bed. The lobby area is filled with antique furnishings. It’s also right on the same block as restaurants, shopping and the river runs right along the side. Loved the town of Marietta.'

'Hour late for wakeup call. Argumentative front desk clerk. Overcharged. Was supposed to be 143. O0. They charged 153.00. Never again. And entire building smelled like smoke'
