Flats in Southeast Minnesota

'This is a beautiful property overlooking the water. New construction so everything is updated nicely. Pictures are as shown, beautiful view of Pepin, rooftop area very nice but the units deck was also wonderful! Only suggestions are very minor: not much for confidence supplies if you cook a lot—tin foil, plastic wrap, general spices. And the shower head doesn’t have any adjustments, it is very fine and strong spray, a bit harsh on areas like your face. Overall loved our stay! Would definitely...

'Refreshing atmosphere, a great space to feel comfortable staying in and hanging out after adventuring around the lake. There are wonderful areas set aside to gather with others. The view brought much beauty, inside and on the balcony. '

'Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. 'Very comfortable unit with a great view of Lake Pepin just across the road. There is a bit of road noise but overall it was not really disruptive to us. We would definitely stay here again.'

'This unit has supreme corner view to enjoy the river and the eagles. Location is along the river road walk path DQ is next door for a late night treat. Super clean, open air place with all the amenities you need. The deck is glorious for relaxing, reading and as a photographer I captured many eagle pics! We got exactly what we expected from the photos and more. Will be back again.'

'This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!'
