'For the price of the hotel was extremely well maintained housekeeping, staffless the herb, all on all of your nice newer property'

'The room we stayed in had a shower attachment that must have been water saving and was very old. The brand was Water Pik and it was white plastic. It took a long time to rinse the shampoo and body wash off. Worst of all, it made a screeching noise the whole time the shower was running, and it didn't matter which setting I turned it to. Also, the bed closest to the window creaked every time I turned in bed or moved. The HVAC system was a through the wall thing that was either blowing out air...

'The rooms were great, it took a long time to check in. We got there at 4 on a Sunday and it took about 45 minutes to check in. I wanted to swim when I woke up but the pool isnt open on Monday and Tuesday, so that sucked! Breakfast doesn't come with a room you have to walk to the other side of the casino to eat at the restaurant if you want Breakfast'

The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...
