'We were there for the mayo for 5 days. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. It was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge, kitchenette with all the utensils, couch, and desk We had no issues with any equipment. no ovens if you are thinking pizzas. The bath and shower was roomy. 4 grocery stores close by for meal and snack planning. 3 restraunts within walking. I would stay again and recommend to others.'

'I thought that the suite I stayed in was perfect! And I was able to cook a meal there, with all the amenities! The staff was super friendly and the room was fairly quiet even for a Fourth of July weekend!walk to the icecream store ! Delicious'

'Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets'

'I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you'

'The building was clean and kept up well. I really enjoyed the location and having a shuttle to the hospital. The only downfall I saw was the amount you pay per night to park, $20, seems a little steep and there was not enough parking with the construction and painting blocking off spots.'

'We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.'

'The hotel is incredibly clean but badly in need of updating, especially for the price. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer'

'Nice quick walk over to Mayo whether you went outside on streets or used the Skyway. Motel was quiet and clean.'

'The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of...
