The hotel was clean, the swimming pool was well maintained, and all the necessary supplies and amenities were provided as expected. 'For the price, there’s a lot of things that added up that were not acceptable. Stayed with my 1.5 year old who immediately was able to swing the large mirror in our room, which I had to get housekeeping to remove. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The water pressure was lacking. The AC unit was loud and would start and stop every few minutes (and go from ice cold to warm). The smoke detector light would blink all night. We all had a terrible sleep. 'It was not worth the money we paid to stay at this property. Here are the issues: 1. They made us go in hoops on check in. We had to wait way beyond 4 pm to check in. It took the check in clerk 30 minutes just to check in as she could just not figure out the process of checking in. 2. There were elevators and my wife having had her surgery could not carry her bags upstairs. This should be highlighted to customers when they are booking the place on Expedia. The staff at check in did nut prices...
