Wonderful!

The home was beautifully kept! It had everything we could need while we were there. I loved how everything was labeled in the kitchen making it very easy to find items! The hot tub was super easy to operate and was amazing. My family had a truly wonderful time!

Wonderful stay!

9 of us stayed here, including two young children. The property was extremely comfortable and very family friendly! Everything was labelled so we could locate things easily, and they had snow equipment / gear provided, which was such a bonus. I wish we had booked a longer stay!

Perfect for families with kids.

This house was perfect for our family snow trip. The kids loved the downstairs game room, and so did the parents. All the noise stayed downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. The backyard was covered with snow as high as the fence…it was so much fun playing. The property manager was responsive when we needed extra sheets, and needed an unscheduled early check-in. We want to rent this property again in the summer.

Family vacation

The property was exactly as described. The property manager was very helpful and very nice. The home was perfect for my family. The area is very spread out so it does take 10-25 minutes to get from the lake store, ect to the house. It was really nice to have all the cupboards labeled. It was also extremely helpful and kind to have spices, coffee, laundry soap and several kitchen items. The hot tub was wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Great Lake Tahoe Get Away!

We just got back from staying in this well equipped Tahoe house that had so many amenities! It was so well thought out with everything labeled in the spacious kitchen to the well decorated rooms. I love how close it was to the local market that had so many organic and gluten free choices. The house also had the amazing hot tub which everyone loved to hop in after a day of hiking or beach time. Now, going in the summer and spending the day at the beach is always so much better with lake toys which the garage had! We were able to use the blow up paddle board and kayak which made the trip even better! The house also included all the electronic and wifi needs for any necessary tethering. We were so happy with the board game collection as well which had something for everyone. We will definitely be going back soon.

Our stay in this home was perfect! It was clean, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pool table and board games were appreciated. The neighborhood is very quiet and only a short drive to the casinos, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home In The Woods

Stayed here with my teenager daughters & their friends in the Summer and everything was perfect. Home was clean upon arrival, had a ton of unexpected amenities (like kayaks, a paddleboard, fishing rods) and was conveniently located within a 15 minute drive from downtown South Lake Tahoe . . .but still far enough away to feel remote. The highlight was the hot tub with an automated gazebo cover (no breaking my back taking the cover off!) Would highly recommend and will stay here again next time we visit.

A Home Away From Home!

Our party of 8 really enjoyed the stay at this house. Everything was great, from the large backyard to the cleanliness of the house. A huge plus for the hot tub that was perfect for a good soak after a day of biking and exploring. The kitchen was labeled so we were able to find everything we needed right away. Overall we had an amazing time and is looking forward to stay again in the future!

Great home with nice space & amenities.

We were 3 couples sharing the house for a ski trip. Three bedrooms/3 baths was great for us. There is a game room downstairs, a hot tub, fire pit (however it was under snow when we were there), games & puzzles, well-equipped kitchen. We did have an issue with the cleanliness, and would have scored it lower,but Evolve (managers) and the owners were very responsive to this issue! It seems to have possibly been a communication breakdown with housekeeping. At any rate, it was dealt with quickly. The owners checked in with us at the end of our stay, and were interested in any comments/suggestions we may have had. Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful house for Tahoe stay

Great house in a wonderful Tahoe neighborhood. Beautiful home. Main downside is that there are no towels for the hot tub. We had to go buy our own. I have never stayed in a places with a hot tub that required you to use your shower towel for the hot tub. Also, the property manager company did not pickup my calls when I called the on call line a few times.

Perfect Home and very kid friendly

We had 7 adults and 2 children in our group and this home was very accommodating. Plenty of room for all of us and the house was very clean. We were amazed at how well the house was equipped. The kitchen has very nice appliances, fully stocked with pots and pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls, bakeware, spices, foil, saran wrap, and even had roasting sticks to use for marshmallows over the fire pit. The dining room table seats 10 people which we really enjoyed not only for meals but for games in the evening. The family room on the lower level has a cute little hot dog cart and large doll house and a large selection of board games. Our older "kids" enjoyed the electronic dart board too. When it was time to head to the beach we were pleasantly surprised at the number of folding chairs available and even a bag of sand toys for the little one. There were a number of fun toys and games in the garage also. There is a large grill on the back deck and a propane powered fire pit in the back yard. We made use of both and the hammock in the back yard. Pope Beach and Baldwin Beach are only a 10-15 minute drive from the house. We loved this house and would highly recommend it!

Terrific stay

Stayed 3 nights. Had a wonderful time. As other reviewers mentioned, the house had ample and well-appointed space for our family of four. In the kitchen, everything was clearly labeled and intuitively placed. Each room had bath towels, and wash cloths for every guest - there was even a thoughtful set of just-in-case you forgot amenities of lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. The backyard was enormous allowing the kids loads of room to run around and create snowball forts. We also really appreciated the hot tub for a nighttime ritual of winding down. Finally, we also liked the proximity of SLT but also that it was far enough away to really immerse ourselves in the serene neighborhood. Thanks for a great visit! Highly recommend this place :)

Beautiful home & hot tub

The house was thoughtfully decorated, very spacious, with great natural lighting. Beds were extremely comfortable! Loved the foam mattresses. Lots of extra bedding. The kitchen was well stocked, had all the things we needed to cook, tons of plates and silverware (not always the case with rentals) and even tupperware. That was a bonus. And every drawer was labeled. That is so helpful in a kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, nice to go for a winter run. Hot tub was clean and ran beautifully. A great bonus for a rental. Downstairs was a great playroom for kids - lots of games, and toys for little ones. The garage was well stocked with more kid gear, sleds, snowball makers -- even kayaks! Loved the house, would return and recommend.

Great home away from home

This is a great home away from home. We booked this home with our adult children and their spouses. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was very comfortable and came equipped with everything we needed, including lots of games. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

If I could give this vacation home more stars, I would. Location and home were exactly as described. Upon arrival, it was clear that the rental had been cleaned extremely well which was something that was important for my family and I especially during COVID-19. Everything in the home was labeled for easy access and the property was well stocked with spices, appliances, toiletries, etc. property is on a quiet street and has a huge backyard which made for amazing afternoons out in the snow. Overall, no complaints and we would absolutely stay at the property again.
