'The stay from start to finish was HORRIBLE. The room lacked proper necessities for example toiletries which then took an hour dor room service to replace. We we're locked out of our room due to a lock malfunction. The room was dirty, the hallways dirty and smelled of fried foods. Constant nosie from neighboring rooms, screaming, yelling, and kids running up and down the hallway that lasted till after 1am. I notified the front desk about the noise and they were going to send security to handle it...
