'The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

'We had a great experience. Qi was very helpful and kind. The place was in a wonderful location with lots to do in walking distance, we didn’t drive all weekend! The only thing was I wish the tv was in the bedroom, but it was okay, it gave us an opportunity to not be on our screens. Would 10/10 come back and recommend! Thanks Qi!!'

I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment.'

'Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated.
