'Keurig grote hotel hoewel we kamer met meerzicht hadden geboekt viel dit behoorlijk tegen. Daarnaast dinner samen met een hele busgroep is niet aan te raden. Vijf sterren hotels die daarnaast 2% fee durven te vragen voor gebruik creditcard zouden dat van te voren moeten laten weten dan zou ik ze nooit meer boeken.'

'We hadden een kleine kamer geboekt . En dat is het ook. Geen ruimte voor een koffer laat staan twee. Je kunt hem alkeen voor de deur kwijt maar dan jun je niet in en uit. Te klein , schoonmaak is pas s'avonds gebeurd nadat we erom gevraagd hebben. Voor ons prijs kwaliteit niet ok. Helaas'

'Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. Just a couple of minor downsides - the room service menu was not working through their new online system which they did warn me about, but it took me having to ring up and ask for it to be fixed which could only be done by emailing me a link which...
