'The staff was one of the best we have had when traveling, genuinely happy and helpful. Claire especially gave us some great recommendations in both Queenstown and Arrowtown which impacted our stay in such a positive way. Hannah at the front desk was also very helpful.
The outdoor hot “springs tubs” were great after days of skiing and the fireplace and outdoor space in the room made it extra special.

'I booked a standard room w/ one King bed, which is the least expensive option. The room is super clean, but it is small. I have difficulty to open both of luggage at a time, and there's no desk nor table in my room. The bathroom is very roomy, In my case, it is too roomy, since it makes the rest of the living area pretty small. True, it is super clean and well maintained.
