« Despite having charming photos and even looking "nice" inside; our trip here was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. « Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property...

« We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. It was rather warm for the couple who stayed in there. »

« My wife, adult son, and I stayed here with our 45 lb dog. The check in was very smooth once we figured out the correct driveway. The parking area was fine.The place was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, a nice kitchen, dining area, and living space with TV (which we did not use). The hosts have stocked the place well as they have coffee (regular and decaf), lots of linens, and even laundry detergent! The beds were comfortable. House is close to the neighbors but the area was very quiet...

"Une ancestrale tres bien dĂ©corĂ©e tout en ayant la modernitĂ© de 2025. Accueil efficace et tres sympathique. Salle de bain trĂšs propre serviettes nombreuses et produits d’hygiĂšne personnelle ( savon, lotion, shampoing, etc..) en bonne quantitĂ©. CafĂ© et thĂ© Ă  volontĂ© ainsi qu’une petite bouteille d’eau pour chaque client dans les chambres. Le seul bĂ©mol, les matelas sont tres usĂ©s dans la chambre 11 impossible de dormir Ă  2 dans le mĂȘme lit, et la literie n’est pas cosy. Peu d’oreillers, de couvertures. "
